UNBECOMING

An 8-week immersive program for women who are done forcing, fixing, or performing their way through life - and are ready to soften, unravel, and realign. This is not about becoming a “better” version of you. It’s about unbecoming the conditioning, survival, patterns, and expectations that were never yours to carry.

What to Expect

Unbecoming is an 8-week somatic program for women who have done the inner work such as therapy, self-reflection, personal growth, and are still living inside systems that keep them tired, overstimulated, and disconnected from their bodies.

If your life looks “fine” on the outside but your nervous system is constantly bracing, a few examples: Are a mom eating too fast and acting like they have to rush through everything when there’s no rush? Do you get upset when expectations aren’t meant? Maybe you don’t ask for help or never delegate. Then this work is for you.

This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It’s about gently releasing the patterns your body learned to survive modern life: chronic urgency, over-functioning, people-pleasing, not allowing suppport, and pushing past your limits.

Through embodied practices, nervous system education, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how to:

  • Feel safer and more settled in your body so you can actually rest and feel rested.

  • Recognize your limits before burnout hits so you have better boundaries.

  • Make decisions from clarity instead of pressure to allow for more flow and satisfaction.

  • Respond to life with more choice, not reactivity to cultivate agency within your body.

By the end of Unbecoming, you’ll have more capacity, clearer boundaries, and a trustworthy relationship with your body, so you’re no longer navigating your days from exhaustion or force, but from grounded presence and internal stability.

What Makes Unbecoming Different

I have intentionally designed Unbecoming because I understand both the biology of the nervous system and the lived experience of being a capable, mid-life woman carrying a lot.

This work is body-led, not willpower-driven because lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder. Neuroscience shows that the nervous system only reorganizes when it feels safe enough to do so. Regulation comes before insight. Safety comes before choice.

That’s why Unbecoming prioritizes regulation before resolution. Instead of asking you to analyze, override, or fix your responses, the program works directly with the autonomic nervous system, supporting your body to exit chronic stress and survival patterns and return to a more flexible, responsive state.

The structure blends:

  • clear, accessible nervous system education making it easily digestible information to implement

  • gentle, evidence-informed somatic practices that you can easily add into your daily life

  • and real-life integration that actually fits your day-to-day life aiding in sustainable change

Nothing here is theoretical or performative. Every element is designed to be digestible, repeatable, and respectful of your time and capacity.

This is a spacious, held container that is intentionally created for mid-life nervous systems that have adapted to years of responsibility, pressure, and self-reliance. The pace is slow and the design is simple on purpose. The nervous system learns through consistency, not intensity.

There is no pressure to perform.
No fixing what isn’t broken.
No overwhelming amount of content to “keep up with.”

Just skilled guidance, thoughtful design, and a steady invitation back into your body where clarity, capacity, and choice already live.

Unbecoming is for those ready to slow down and listen to what your body has been holding.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

  • Over 8 weeks, you’ll:

  • restore nervous system regulation and capacity to increase your ability to be present

  • rebuild trust with your body’s signals so you stop second guessing

  • clarify boundaries through embodied yes/no awareness so you stop people pleasing

  • shift out of survival-based decision making so you can begin thriving

  • reconnect with energy, presence, and choice to make better and more aligned decisions

  • learn practices you can actually use in daily life grounding you into your life

    Program Structure

  • 8 weekly live group sessions (60 min, Zoom)

  • 2 months of Recess (playful, grounding integration space)

  • 2 private 1:1 somatic coaching sessions (60 min each)

  • Short pre-recorded teachings (5–10 min)

  • Optional reflection prompts (no homework pressure)

  • Session replays

Unbecoming helps you feel more at home in yourself.

You’ll have more energy, more clarity, and a better sense of when to say yes, and when to stop. You won’t be running on empty, burning out or bracing your way through your days.

When people are less burned out and more connected to themselves, they treat others differently.
They create healthier families, workplaces, and communities.

This is personal work — and it’s also world-shaping work.
