I’m so happy you’re here.

Welcome!

Meet Holly

I’m Holly Steele—a body whisperer for the burned out, a guide for the high-achieving woman ready to soften and align into her wholeness.

With over two decades in the healing arts—from massage therapy and yoga to energy work, somatic parts work, mind-body coaching, and the Akashic Records—I help individuals reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. I believe burnout is not a failure. It’s a message.

My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reclaiming the parts of you that were never broken.

My Journey

My Philosophy

I work at the intersection of science and sacred. Your nervous system is intelligent. So is your intuition. Together, we’ll create space for both.

My approach is:

  • Trauma-aware and somatically grounded

  • Guided by ritual, rhythm, and body wisdom

  • Rooted in the belief that healing is not hustle—it’s homecoming

This is a space where you get to be seen, held, and honored for the complex, capable, intuitive woman you are—without needing to “push through” another thing.

What I Know to Be True

  • Your body isn’t the problem. It’s the portal.

  • Rest is not a reward. It’s your right.

  • You don’t have to earn regulation, peace, or presence—you just need the right space to return to it.

My Story

This work found me the way most truths do—through the body. Years ago, I was the one who “had it all together.” Always doing, always helping, always holding space for others. Massage therapist. Yoga teacher. Healer. Partner. Employee. Caretaker. Overachiever with a smile.

But under the surface, I was exhausted.

I didn’t know what it meant to rest without guilt. I didn’t know how to stop overgiving or overdoing. I didn’t know how much I was bypassing my own needs in the name of being helpful, capable, and good.

It wasn’t one big breakdown that changed things—it was the quiet knowing that I couldn’t keep abandoning myself to stay afloat. So I began to listen. To slow down. To ask different questions. And to build a relationship with my body that wasn’t based on pushing through.

What I discovered wasn’t just healing—it was a homecoming - back to myself. And I knew I had to guide others back as well.
